Kelmar Vehicle Scanner support
The supported environment is current desktop Google Chrome, a permitted Chrome Web Store or unpacked installation, an authenticated Facebook account with Marketplace access, and an authorised Kelmar sourcing dashboard account.
Before scanning
- Sign in to Facebook and open a Marketplace vehicle search results page.
- Open the extension and confirm the supplied HTTPS dashboard URL and API token.
- Choose bounded filters and limits, then click Start scan. Opening Facebook alone never starts scanning.
Troubleshooting
- If the popup cannot find Marketplace, make the Marketplace search tab active and retry.
- If Facebook requests verification, complete it directly in Facebook; the extension never receives the password.
- If a scan was interrupted by reload, choose Resume or Discard explicitly in the popup.
- If dashboard synchronisation fails, confirm internet access and use Retry sync. Do not uninstall while results are pending.
- Temporary inactive listing tabs should close automatically. If one remains after stopping, close it and report the scan time.
